RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to get case FIR No.534, dated 02.10.2022, registered under Sections 365, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh investigated through some other independent agency or by any Senior Police Officer. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 17.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken on the same.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. The Superintendent of Police, Nuh, Haryana, to decide the representation dated 17.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today in accordance with law.
