ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 22.07.2022 the following order was passed : "The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. Repeatedly, since 2018, the case is being adjourned on the requests of the counsel for the appellant. Today, again a request for an adjournment has been made on the ground that the counsel is unwell.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 10.11.2022. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted on any ground and in case the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."

Today the matter has been called twice, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
