CRWP-10968-2022(O&M) - 2 - Learned State counsel points out that already statement dated 26.01.2023 of petitioner-Azad Singh has been recorded. As per said statement, petitioner himself has stated that as of now, he does not require any police protection and if need be arises in future, he will contact the local police.
Statement dated 26.01.2023 recored by the Police as annexed with the status report says as under:
"Statement of Ajad Singh son of Sh. Parbhati, resident of Jhabua, Police Station Bawal, District Rewari, aged 60years, Mobile No. 9468020136.
Stated that I am resident of the above said address and doing agricultural work. I am having six children out of which two are sons and four are girls and all are married. My elder son namely Joginder Singh is working in Army and younger son is doing private work. My both sons are married in Village Mothuka, District Alwar (Rajasthan) with Sarvesh Jat and Kavita Choudhary daughters of Sultan for last 10-11 years. My elder son Joginder having one boy and one girl who is residing in Delhi with their children. Narender having two children out of which one boy and one girl. My both sons are out of control therefore, I had dispossessed them and photo copy of the newspaper cutting is produced before you.
My younger daughter in law namely Kavita Choudhary, is harassing us by moving false applications besides that we are residing separately from her and also having separate ration cards and family Id. On 04-12-2021, my daughter in law namely Kavita Choudhary went away at her parental home along with her children as well as her belongings. Thereafter, there is no connection with my daughter in law Kavita Choudhary. My daughter in law Kavita Choudhary have filed a case against me and my wife before the Court of Sh. Sudhir Kumar, SDJM, Bawal and the next date is fixed for 22-02-2023. Now I am la residing at Village Jhabua along with my wife namely Risalo and nobody 30/33 else is residing in the house. I have filed a petition before High Court Chandigarh through my counsel.
Now I have no need for police protection and if it will needed in future then eventually I will contact the local police. Statement heard and understood accordingly."
In view of the stand taken by the respondents in above-said status report, counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition, at this stage.
Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
