*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.67 dated 19.05.2022 under Sections 323/324/506/148/149 IPC, 1860 (Sections 307/326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Nangal, District Rupnagar. Vide order dated 22.11.2022 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 22.11.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mehar Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required. In view of the above, interim order dated 22.11.2022 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
