Fearing for life and liberty at the hands of their son and daughter-in-lawprivate respondents No.4 & 5 and also from other private respondents No.6 to 8, the petitioners have come up before this Court seeking protection through the State, by invoking her fundamental rights of life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

Counsel appearing for respondents No.4 & 5 submits that there is nothing to fear from their own children and they have great regards for their parents. Counsel for respondents No.6 to 8 has also the similar stand that there is no threat from them to life of the petitioners.

Given the categoric stand of private respondents that there is no threat to life of the petitioners from their hands, no further orders are required to pass in the present petition. It is clarified that in case, the petitioners apprehend any threat in future, they are at liberty to file application for protection to the concerned SHO who shall take conscious decision without any delay.
