SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2 dated 04.01.2017, under Sections 302, 404, 120-B and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Mehna, District Moga.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 31.10.2019, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 06.11.2019. He has produced the certified copy of the order dated 06.11.2019 passed by the trial Court. The same is taken on record.
