The present appeal pertains to the year 2018. Vide order dated 20.02.2024 notice was issued to the appellant as learned counsel for the appellant had stated that he was unable to get the record from the appellant. As per the Office report, the sole appellant stands duly served. However, none has put in appearance on his behalf despite service. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
