Mr. Praveen Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJIV SHARMA,J Feeling aggrieved of impugned letters dated 17.01.2018 (P.10) and dated 22.9.2018 (P.11), the petitioner has approached this Court by means of instant writ petition.

We have gone through the terms and conditions of the Contracts for Transportation of Foodgrains from Depots/Mandis/Railheads etc, clause XX of which reads as under:

" (a) The Contract will be governed by the Laws of India for the time being in force.

(b) In case of any disputes arising out of and touching upon the contract, the same will be first referred to the Dispute/Grievance Redressal Committee constituted and functioning at the Zonal Office of the Corporation, with a view to settle the disputes. CWP No.31461 of 2019 #2# Accordingly, the petitioner is relegated to seek the redressal of its grievance in terms of Clause XX within a period of three weeks from today. The Dispute/Grievance Redressal Committee shall decide the dispute within a period of six weeks thereafter by passing a speaking/detailed order, as per law.

Petition stands disposed of.
