The present order would dispose of two revision petitions i.e., CR6263-2023 filed by wife-Gagan Banga alias Gagan against the husband-Vineet Banga, and the second petition i.e. CR-2359-2024 filed by husband-Vineet Banga against wife-Gagan Banga alias Gagan. The challenge in both the abovesaid

CR-2359-2024 2 revision petitions is to the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

On 18.03.2025, this Court was pleased to pass the following order: "Report dated 10.02.2025 has been received from the learned Mediator to the effect that the order dated 05.02.2025 passed by this Court has been complied with.

Counsel representing both the parties states that there is a possibility of settlement between the parties and have requested that matter be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to explore the chances. Request is accepted.

Parties are directed to appear before the Mediator on 03.04.2025. To await the report of the Mediator on 24.07.2025. A photocopy of the order be placed on the file of other connected case" 3.

In pursuance of the said order, the parties have mediated and in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, a detailed settlement/compromise dated 10.07.2025 has been entered into between the parties. As per the said compromise, both the parties have settled their dispute and it has been mutually agreed that the parties will part ways peacefully by seeking decree of divorce by mutual consent. The detailed terms of the said compromise have been mentioned in the settlement/compromise dated 10.07.2025. 4.

It has been stated before this Court that the said compromise has been entered into with free consent and without any undue pressure and voluntarily and it has been prayed that the present petitions be disposed of in terms of the said compromise and that both the parties would be bound by the terms of the said compromise.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, both the
