The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-17993-2021. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that State filed LPA-2682-2024 titled as State of Haryana and others Vs. Shakuntala against the judgment dated 29.04.2024 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP17993-2021, which was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court, vide its order dated 29.10.2024 and the State has now filed SLP (Civil) No.686 of 2025, whereby, the stay is granted by Hon'ble the Supreme Court. 3.
