**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.97 dated 01.02.2023 under Section 148, 149, 323, 324, 326 and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

Mr. Deepinder Singh Walia, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and has filed his Power of Attorney in Court, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
