**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.08.2019 (Annexure P-6). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance of the petitioner is that the arrears for the period of eight months, have not been released to him.

At this stage, learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, vide order dated 18.12.2020 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, the petitioner has been granted extra ordinary leave (without pay) for higher studies w.e.f. 05.04.2019 to 27.05.2020.

Since the petitioner has now been granted extra ordinary leave (without pay) for higher studies, vide order dated 18.12.2020, which is not under challenge, no further orders can be passed by this Court.
