(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.221 dated 21.10.2014 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Phase-I, District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has been summoned as an additional accused in an FIR registered under Sections 406, 420, 419 IPC. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and face the proceedings, in accordance with law.

Mr. Navneet Singh, DAG, Punjab who is present in the Court accepts notice on behalf of the respondent - State and has not raised any serious objection to the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within a period of 15 days from today and the trial Court will release him on bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds.
