(Oral) This application seeks to recall/review the order dated 06.04.2015 whereby the applicant-appellants' appeal was dismissed after taking notice of the fact that unauthorized and illegal constructions were being demolished in compliance to the directions issued by this Court in PIL jurisdiction. In the Review Application, it is claimed that all the unauthorized and illegal constructions had been demolished earlier and shops of the appellants were never the part of the demolished structures.

In our considered view, this would not amount to be a valid ground to recall/review the order. We thus, decline to entertain the review application except to the extent that the review applicants may approach the authorities to establish MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.05.26 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

RA No.41 of 2015 in LPA No.519 of 2015 [2] that the shops occupied by them were (i) lawfully constructed after getting the building plans sanctioned; (ii) were leased out to them in a transparent manner through open auction, and (iii) they have not incurred any disability for vacation of the shops.
