Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is having petrol pump on the land of respondent No.4, which she has taken on lease. Now he is threatening to leave the petrol pump or make him partner in its profits and posing threat to her life and liberty. A representation (Annexure P-1) to this effect was made to Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar but no action was taken by the police.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar to look into the allegations in representation (Annexure P-1), verify the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
