(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 22.08.2019, whereby the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, while allowing the application of the petitioner had granted interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.3000/- per month. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous, as the main petition for maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., had already been decided by the trial Court vide order dated 06.12.2022. In view of the above, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
