(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.77 dated 11.07.2021, registered at Police Station Sadar Banga, District SBS Nagar, under Sections 392, 397, 34 IPC. Vide order dated 30.11.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Surinder Pal, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 30.11.2022 AMAN JAIN 2023.04.20 09:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
