Present petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.111 dated 11.12.2022 under Sections 302, 307, 458 and 34 IPC and later on the challan was presented under Sections 302, 307, 459, 460, 458, 411 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station S.G.N. Dev Thermal Plant, District Bathinda, Punjab.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
