(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 02.09.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District Moga in case MNT125/353/2018 titled as 'Manpreet Kaur vs. Manpreet Singh' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.2,500/- p.m. to the respondent-wife alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.3,000/-.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties.
