(Oral) This is third case filed by Mr.G.L.Bajaj, Advocate in which application bearing No1970-C of 2017 has been filed seeking six months time for making the deficiency in the court fees good. The application is dated 02.06.2016. Two years have been gone but no effort has been made to do the needful. The appeal is also accompanied by an application seeking condonation of delay of 104 days in filing the appeal. In my view, the appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter.

Dismissed for non-payment of court fees.
