       This appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by an order and judgment dated 07.11.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in Civil Writ Petition No. 2510 of 2017 (being the lead case) and other connected matters.

Learned senior counsel for the appellants in reference to an order of even date passed by us in connected Letters Patent Appeal No. 1128 of 2022, arising out of the impugned judgment, submits that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order passed by this Court so as to enable the appellants to move a review application before the learned Single Judge.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the order of even date passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1128 of 2022 (Parveen Punia vs. State of Haryana and others).
