The instant writ petition encloses a prayer for issuance of directions to the respondents to decide the petitioners' applications (Annexure P-18 to P-24).

The grievance of the petitioners is that, in terms of the memo dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P-16), by virtue of which the modified Stage Carriage Scheme, 2016, was implemented in the State of Haryana, they applied to the respondents for grant of bus permits to them. However, no decision has been taken on their applications by the authority concerned. 3.

The learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advance notice, has, on instructions from the quarter concerned, informed this Court that the petitioner's applications (Annexures P-18 to P-24) shall be decided by the competent authority within six weeks from today. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, DEVINDER YADAV 2025.09.01 09:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-25339-2025 no further direction is required to be passed. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. However, it is expected that the respondents shall adhere to the statement made hereinabove.
