The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of case FIR No.644 dated 16.07.2020, registered under Sections 308, 323, 427, 506 IPC (Section 34 IPC added later on), (Sections 148 and 149 IPC deleted later on) at Police Station Jagadhari City, Yamuna Nagar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 11.10.2022, Annexure P-2 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage. 3.
