Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 30.08.2019, passed by the learned Family Court, Sirsa, in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C., vide which the petitioner wife has been granted interim maintenance @ Rs.10,000/- per month, besides a sum of Rs.2200/- towards litigation expenses.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands compromised between the parties, as a result which the instant revision has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such. Ordered accordingly.
