For the reasons stated in application, copy of compromise dated 21.03.2023 (Annexure A-1) is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. On oral request of learned counsel for parties, main case is taken on Board today itself. Next date i.e., 04.05.2023 stands cancelled. Registry to do the needful. Main case (O&M) At the outset, learned counsel for parties are ad idem that in view of aforesaid compromise dated 21.03.2023 (Annexure A-1), parties have amicably settled the matter and appeal is rendered infructuous. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication before this Court. Disposed of as infructuous. Parties to remain bound by terms of the compromise (Annexure A-1).
