(ORAL) Prayer in the writ petition is for issuing direction to respondents for grant of pay/salary of the post of AE/SDO along with consequential benefits arising out of correct fixation of pay/salary from 21.11.2013 (Annexure P-1) i.e. the date from which petitioner was posted against the post of SDO/AE (CDC).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the representation dated 08.10.2019 (Annexure P-10) is decided by respondent No.3-Superintending Engineer/Admn, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Vidyut Sadan, Vidyut Nagar, Hisar in terms of Annexure P-8 within a stipulated period.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3-Superintending Engineer/Admn, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam, Vidyut Sadan, Vidyut Nagar, Hisar to consider the representation dated 08.10.2019 (Annexure P-10) in terms of Annexure P-8 within a period of two months PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.11.02 14:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.31789 of 2019 (O&M) -2from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.3 shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioner. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner running from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of non-compliance of directions issued by this Court.
