It is inter alia contended that the petitioner was recommended for appointment to the post of Draughtsman Civil Instructor (Theory), Category No. 95. The recommendation was made on the basis of experience certificate dated 02.09.2019, Annexure P-3, issued by the contractor-firm, with official address-243, New Housing Board Colony, Bhiwani. Later it shifted to a new addressH. No. 2406, GF- 9-11, Hisar, which was duly informed to the respondents vide letters dated 09.06.2024 and 12.06.2024, Annexure P-8 and P-9 respectively, still the Departmental verification committee visited the old address, and rejected the petitioner's candidature on the ground that the firm was nonexistent. '
