MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Mr. Vipul Dharmani, Advocate, has entered appearance on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 and filed his power of attorney, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been compliance of the directions given by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2024 to make good the arrears of instalments within three weeks from the said date.

However, counsel appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 has vehemently controverted the submissions made by the counsel opposite and has instead submitted that an amount of 2,92,000/- is still ₹ to be paid by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the remaining amount of 2,92,000/- along with regular instalments shall be ₹ positively cleared on or before 31.03.2025.

In view of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition stands disposed of. 6.

It is made clear that in case the undertaking given by the learned counsel in the Court today is not adhered to, respondents No.4 and 5 shall be at liberty to avail remedies available to them under the provisions of law.
