Mangat Rai Bathla And Others v. State Of Punjab And Others

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has filed three separate affidavits dated 23.09.2025 of Mr. Krishna Pal Rajpoot, Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Abohar, District Fazilka, along with Annexure R-3/1 (in all the cases), in Court today. Same are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Copies thereof have also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner(s), in Court today itself. Paragraph No.6 of the said affidavit dated 23.09.2025, reads as under:- "6. The amount due towards each petitioner upto August 2025 will be paid in 6 equal installments while honorarium for the period from September 2025 till the culmination of house, will be paid on schedule. The first installment will be made in October 2025 and last installment in March 2026 as per list attached herewith as Annexure R-3/1."

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks an accommodation to get further instructions and assist the Court in the matters.

At his request, adjourned to 26.09.2025.

The Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Abohar, District Fazilka, shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing as well.
