JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 16.10.2023, the following order was passed :- "The Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for the quashing of the order dated 17.05.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender/proclaimed persons in case FIR No.0114 dated 30.04.2021 under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 IPC P.S. City Sri Muktsar Sahib. The Counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of a miscommunication the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court pursuant to which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

2023 : PHHC :151978 CRM-M-52493-2023 -2In the meanwhile, the operation of the impugned order dated 17.05.2023 shall remain stayed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.50,000/- as costs with the Senior Citizen Home, Udyog Path, Sector 15-D, Chandigarh, he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The petitioner is further directed to place on record the photocopy of receipt of payment as well as the order passed by the court below granting interim bail to the petitioner."

In compliance of the aforementioned orders, the petitioner appeared before the Trial Court on 10.11.2023 (Mark 'A') and has been granted the concession of interim bail. He has also deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/-.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.
