At the outset, counsel for the appellant states that appeals filed by respondent No.2, viz. RSA-5332-2018, titled as Roshan Lal versus Randhir Singh (deceasded) through LRs, and connected appeals, against the impugned judgment and decree, have been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 11.10.2018.

Faced with this development, counsel for the appellant seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take recourse in accordance with law.
