(ORAL) The prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 19.05.2012 (Annexure-12) passed in case FIR No.58, dated 11.05.2011, under Sections 420, 120-B, 506 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Siwan, District Kaithal, whereby the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person.

In terms of order dated 30.11.2022, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and he was released on bail. The copy of order has been produced by learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. Since the petitioners had already surrendered before the trial Court. So the order of declaring him proclaimed person, no more survives. I draw support from case 'Smt. Deeksha Puri Vs. State of Haryana, CRM-M-359-2012 dated 16.10.2012'.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of having been renderd infructuous.
