RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR arising out of complaint submitted by Jagnandan Singh son of Parvinder Singh before the Superintendent of Police, PBI, Roopnagar upon which a notice bearing No.357-5A/SP (PBI) dated 10.09.2024, has been issued to the petitioner which was received on 22.09.2024 by the petitioner on his whatsapp number, Annexure P-1. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits on instructions from ASI Jasmer Singh that the complaint/notice issued to the petitioner has been filed and he is not required by the police for any investigation.
