(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 B.N.S.S. is for quashing of FIR 147 dated 08.06.2024 under Sections 323, 498-A, 406, 354, 377, 506 and 34 of the IPC (Sections 354 & 377 were dropped after presentation of challan) registered at Police Station City Nuh, District Nuh, Haryana (Annexure-P/1) and challan which was presented on 04.07.2024 (Annexure-P/2) and all subsequent proceedings arising thereof, qua the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Permitted to do so.
