As is apparent from the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by the trial Court, the case is now listed for defence evidence on 07.05.2026, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws the present petition, however, prays for a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner.
