HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482Cr.P.C is for quashing the Complaint No.COMI 40/2014 dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure P-4) titled as "Geeta Devi versus Partap alias Partap Singh" pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sirsa, under Sections 420, 406, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and order dated 11.10.2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa in Criminal Revision No.154 of 2018 (Annexure P-6), vide which, the revision filed by the respondent was allowed. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
