On 14.11.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the appellants and the case was adjourned to 14.03.2024. The same was the situation on 14.03.2024 and the case was adjourned to today. Even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
