The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct free and fair investigation in FIR No.155, dated 04.09.2023, registered under Sections 452, 506, 427, 148 and 149 IPC, at Police Station Lopoke District Amritsar Rural. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the Investigating Agency is enquiring into the matter properly, however, 05 accused have been granted interim anticipatory bail on 11.10.2023 by the learned trial Court. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition to take up steps to oppose the said petitions, in accordance with law.
