By way of filing the present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the main case i.e. petition seeking quashing of FIR No.128, dated 16.06.2016 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, Punjab, which is presently fixed for 14.10.2025. 2.

In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed and the main case i.e. CRM-M-46648-2025, which is presently fixed for 14.10.2025 is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
