(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 206 dated 03.9.2019, registered under Sections 494, 495, 380, 420, 120-B IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Bathinda. Vide order dated 18.11.2019, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 18.11.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjeet Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
