HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuance of direction to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to take legal and departmental action against respondents No.5 and 6, for tampering with the official record i.e. the original compromise annexed with the police file and also for their alleged failure to register an FIR at Police Station Babain (Kurukshetra), based on complaint dated 15.10.2022 (Annexure P-1). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the above-said statement, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
