(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.48 dated 13.06.2022 under Section 295 of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station, City-2 Abhor, District Fazilka, Punjab. Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 21.11.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
