The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to consider application of the petitioner for registration and allotment of paddy in terms of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.

It is pleaded case of the petitioner that it could not file application for registration before the prescribed date as there was flood in Tarn Taran and machinery had to come from the said District. 3.

Mr. Deepanjay Sharma, DAG, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, states that case of the petitioner would be considered within two weeks from today and an appropriate order would be passed in accordance with law.
