RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.98, dated 24.09.2019, under Section 354-A IPC as well as Section 67(A) of Information and Technology Act, 2000 (for the added offence under Section 498-A IPC in a hasty manner as at the time of presentation of challan enquiry was pending with SP/PBI, who recorded the deletion of Section 498-A), registered at Police Station Sadar Banga, District Nawanshahr, Annexure P-3, as well as all subsequent proceedings including the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., dated 24.06.2021, Annexure P-9 and the order dated 12.10.2022, Annexure P-11, farming charge. Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision against the charges framed by trial Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
