H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent states that petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, transfer of which is being sought by the applicant by moving the present application, has since been withdrawn by husband Yogender and in that way the present application has become infructuous.

Hearing the statement, learned counsel for the applicant states that he be permitted to withdraw the present application. Allowed.
