Upon instructions from Mr. Puneet Sharma, PCS, RTO, Bathinda, State counsel submits that out of two vehicles, registration certificate for one of the vehicles shall be issued within two days. Insofar as second vehicle is concerned, he has specific instructions to state that its insurance has expired and once the petitioner submits the fresh insurance, registration certificate would be issued within a period of one week thereafter. 2.
