HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.11 dated 10.02.2018 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
