SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) By means of filing instant petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.0083 dated 14.05.2024 under Sections 379-B(2),341,324,307,120-B IPC registered at P.S Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one after adding necessary offences i.e 411 IPC, which has been added as Section 307 IPC stands deleted on 03.08.2024.

Prayer is accepted.
