ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) In terms of the order dated 24.09.2022, a direction was issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, to look into the representation of the petitioner.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot, filed in the Court is taken on record and as per the affidavit, three more persons are nominated as an additional accused in FIR No.127 dated 31.07.2021.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
