***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Report has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, wherein, it is stated that amicable settlement has been reached between the parties. Even, the detailed settlement agreement is annexed with the report. The same is duly signed by the parties as well as their counsel and also by the concerned Mediator. As per the same, the parties have agreed to resume cohabitation. The detail of the terms of settlement reached between the parties have been given in paragraph No.6 of the said agreement.

In view of the compromise so reached, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.
